Rachel S. Rosenberg
Board Liaison and Program Assistant

Rachel Rosenberg manages board and stakeholder communications as well as provides essential executive support to the WRF President and CEO. In addition, she provides general support to the program team and manages the grants process. Rachel provides critical administrative, logistical, and office management support.

Prior to joining WRF in October 2008, Rachel worked in Florida for American Credit Counselors, Inc., where she started as the office manager and was promoted to the vice president of operations prior to moving to Arkansas. Rachel has also worked in market research as an analyst and in the retail management industry. 

Rachel is currently enrolled at Pulaski Tech pursuing an associate’s degree. Motivated by her enthusiasm for racial and cultural issues, she plans to plans to continue her studies of social justice at Philander Smith College in 2013.
