A Change of Place: WRF Annual Report

WRF has learned over its 36-year history that the potential of people, and the current condition of the place in which they live, cannot be separated. For that reason, the improvement of “place” is at the center of the Foundation’s current Moving the Needle strategic plan. Whether it’s a local neighborhood, a small town, an urban community, or a rural county, WRF is committed to supporting comprehensive community change.

A Change of Place is a collection of short films that tell a variety of community development stories from across the state of Arkansas. The geographies are diverse, the approaches are unique, but the theme is the same....change. WRF’s annual report invites viewers to not only learn more about the communities featured, but also to use it as an opportunity to consider how to partner in catalyzing “a change of place.”
